Physical Conditions:Crohn's Disease(I was misdiagnosed with IBS for over a year,also I thought that I had various food allergies until I got allergy blood work done in February 2015 which showed that I don't have any food allergies),Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome,Gastroparesis.
Mental Conditions: OCD(Obsessive Compulsive Disorder),Emetophobia(Severe fear of vomiting).
I have 2 cats(One of which is my avatar).
